I Got Double Charged for the Bandicoot Pass
I just went to buy the Bandicoot Pass for the season as I finally hit rank 30 and decided that I wanted the premium rewards. When I hit purchase, the Apple pop up said I had insufficient funds (I did) and told me to log into my account to add another payment method (I didn’t have a card or PayPal on file). After adding one and returning to the app, I got a purchase successful pop up and claimed the rewards. But on my method I used to pay, I have two identical charges for the Bandicoot Pass and it’s the same on my Apple account purchase history. How do I go to get one of them refunded as I don’t want to spend money for no items. Also if the answer is to go for a chargeback through Apple, does that potentially risk getting banned in game, even though the purchase is for nothing?
