New season content issues

Hello,

Player ID: 12536808333

Game build: 1.110.50

My device: Huawei P Smart 2021, model: PPA-LX2, android version: 10

Info about the issue: I don't have access to latest season leaderboard, vending machine, dino survival map, can't see which is the season reward, it says "no season running" as you can see in the pictures.

The issues are reproducing each time I log into the game. So the issues keep on happening.

I reported the issues in-game but I got e-mailed to post on forum.

Please help in fixing the issues I'm experiencing.

    You have a Huawei phone buddy. That means this game is dead for you. More or less. Send your thanks to Huawei and Google.

    Your phone P Smart 2021 DOES NOT come with GMS (Google Mobile services) that's why you can't see the store and other stuff. They all use Google (for example the store with transactions).

    This game will not work for you unless you download an Android Emulator on PC, like I did (but even that is having problems.).

    You could also "hack" your phone into believing that it uses Google but I wouldn't recommend it. Millions are doing it because they don't have access to Google.

    You are just a victim amongst many. Hopefully they are going to allow Huawei to use the license but I doubt it.

    It could possibly your internet connection or the server problem as I analyze it

    It's not the case, I'm using fast, solid internet connection at home.

    As for the server problem, I don't know, why for the others it's working and for the others it doesn't?

    It looks more like a device issue to me and it's not the first time it's happening.

    Sorry but the game build as mentioned above is 1.110.50 .

    It doesn't find any other version if I'm to update it.

    Which is the game build you are using?

    Imho this is more a server issue than a phone issue. It seems like the server your account is logged in is not enabling the season on your account.

    You can maybe force your account on a different server. First of all, make sure you have a King account on your phone (not the same thing as account on these forums) or else you may loose your progression.

    Now, go into your app's parameters, clear all data. That means both your app's cache is cleared and you are now unlogged from the game. Start the game again, and once the first run starts, pause it, go to the options and use "save your progress" to log with your pre-existing account.

    Hopefully the server you are logged on will enable the season on your account.

    I've tried your instructions but for me it doesn't work. It got stuck in the loading screen, tried 5 times, each time it got stuck in the loading screen, last time I've waited 5 minutes just to make sure.. but we both know that usually it takes like 5 seconds to pass the loading screen.

    In the end I had to reinstall the game in order to be able to play again..

    I haven't mentioned yet but before creating this topic I've tried reinstalling the game 10 times with no luck.

    So the issues mentioned in the first post still persist. I still need support for the game issues.

    Reinstalling should have achieved the same result as what I suggested. If it doesn't work, I'm not exactly sure what could.

    I'm surprised that King's support emailed you to report it on the forum here. Besides the Community Manager reporting the issue to the developers themselves, I'm afraid there is not much anyone can do for you here.

    Unfortunately, besides the Community Manager reporting the issue to the developers themselves, there is nothing more the forum here can do to help you. Maybe try opening a new support ticket in-game with all the info you posted in your first message. With some luck, you will get replied to by someone more useful at support this time.

    Well, then I'm looking forward for the Community Manager in order to reply to this topic. Eventually meanwhile I'll raise another ticket in-game in hope that I will not get redirected again to the forum.

    Hello,

    Please someone from the support team, I need help with my issues.

    It's the 3rd time I use the "Report Issue" service in-game and I receive this answer through e-mail.

    Everytime I get redirected to the forum, what is that service for if not for reporting issues?

    Does the Community Manager have an answer to my issues? The game build is now 1.120.27 and there is no fix implemented.. Still I can't benefit from the season 6 content.

    I followed the forum protocol for posting the issue report, made ticket in-game 3 times with no result, what is to be done next?

    At least can you please let me know if you are working on this topic?

    I really appreciate your answer, it's sincere and concrete. Unfortunately the reply I wanted to send to you is not approved here.

    Probably it's my choice if I continue or not playing COTR since there is not much to do about my issues and most probably other users using Huawei brand which doesn't post on the forum.
