What’s so messed up about these cheaters is that King doesn’t do anything about it. It’s not just in Candy Crush soda, but it’s also happening in Kings other games.
Like Farm Hero’s Saga! I expect King to follow through with their policy regarding cheaters!

They still have 8 to 9 days or solve that before the season ends and the rewards are distributed. I'm still waiting for a response because I don't want to reach a point when I need to join a cheater's clan in order to get the first place rewards I should deserve. It just ruin everyone's experience plus create a bad image of "the only way to win is to cheat or to join them".
@QueenMia I believe half of the season's time passed between when I reported this person and the end of the season (21-13 = 8 days) and their clan is still in the leaderboards, in the 1st place – I don't know if this is a refresh bug or if it's because nothing had happened yet, so please send a message here so we can understand better.
