Bought a skin pack, but does not receive anything

I have bought the Biker Coco Skin pack (I screenshotted it as well), but did not receive the skin or anything. It is displayed as "Follow Up Pack 3" in my Apple Purchase account. I have tried restarting the phone/game and re-logging in to no avail. What could I do?

Also, I'd like to ask if the King Account in the game, and the King Care account here are different? And is it normal not to receive any email confirmation after sining up a King account in the game? I'm just afraid to lose progress due to bugs.
