We're currently having an issue with some purchases and it is under investigation - Hopefully will be get fixed shortly. What happens in most cases, is that your item is delivered with a delay. So you can wait 2 or 3 days before contacting our Support.
If you don't wish to wait though, don't panic and please email our Player Support to get this fixed, you can email them from HERE. You can also ask for a refund directly from Apple or Google Play.

Bought a skin pack for £14.99 (Kupuna-wa Skin Offer) (Special Offer 4), did not receive the skin, just like last time for the Biker Coco Skin. I have a screen recorded video starting from buying towards the end of not getting it.

I wrote a ticket, then received an email saying "If you purchased an item in Crash Bandicoot: On the Run but haven't received it, our Player Support team will be happy to help. Simply use the Contact Us button at the bottom of this article to drop us an email and tell us more about what happened." but there is no "Contact Us" button...

Hey man, I also bought this offer (check my post) 4th day WAITING FOR A SUPPORT TO KINDLY DO THEIR JOB. This game is a scum, scammy, buggy, piece of a game deleting all your progress overnight.
THE SUPPORT IS GONNA DO NOTHING, just quit this game, contact Google/Apple and request a refund cause this is just disgusting

I contacted there and submitted immediately after I did not receive the skin, then they sent me and email saying " "If you purchased an item in Crash Bandicoot: On the Run but haven't received it, our Player Support team will be happy to help. But there is no "Contact Bus" Button at the bottom of that email, so I have no idea what I could do.

@iReplenish Im not sure. I would send a ticket again, because today earlier I got an email that they are still waiting for my response with a screenshot of my payment (like they missed my response even though I wrote it).
If I were you, I would send a ticket again through the game, check email and then send them screenshots (they will probably want it and ask you for it automatically) and write here on forums that you are annoyed. Tell what skins you bought and what you didn’t get so no one else falls for it next time and devs will be aware of it.
Me and one guy from forums got our skins today. It was Kupuna-Wa. Idk if it was a coincidence or not because I bumped many posts on forums yesterday and wrote a long post by myself
