Invisible objects, no opportunity to continue
I stucked somehow and never had the opportunity to save my steps. I lost over 920k steps.
Can you fix it please???

I think there is way to get back all of your loss, moderators can do whatever they want.
In addition we talk about 900k steps not 100k and 200k and more specific an active daily player with pass every month like me.
My opinion is that moderators have to protect those players because are the heart of the game.
the next update is 25 may , i have done with the bosses since 15 april and never stop playing , everyday im farming oxide atom, flame orb, rockets etc etc.
at this time i have 400+ oxide serum can u imagine that???
I want to play more , but no in that way,
i have lost my steps again it were 400k and never say anything.
I don't demand somthing difficult just i want the fair and the protection of hardcore players of CoTR

@Emmanouil I totally agree with you 💯% there definitely should be some kind of protection against this kind of loss. I know how long it takes to accumulate steps I’m on 600,000 and has taken a few weeks to get them, and I defo wouldn’t be happy if they just disappeared or something, I hear people are falling through the floors, hasn’t happened to me yet, but yes, hopefully there is a resolution to this issue 🤞

I send my problem to the official site of course and get answered immidiately.
they are working hard and there is no doudt for that, but send me 15 crystals due to their good will.
so i thanked them but that deosnt solve my loss, i ask them kindly to give my steps back and take back the crystals.

@Emmanouil I heard that’s what they where doing with. People who have lost their steps I don’t know if they can physically put steps back into someone’s account so that’s why they’re giving crystals for them.
really sad to lose that many steps, thanks for the update and letting us know what happens when contact support with this issue

I'm trying to help be the game as better as it can with my ideas, or proving bugs.
But to be honest If there isnt a way to get my steps back , 15crystals that gave to me it is a ridiculus number because i get 28 crystals daily.
I dont want to express my dissapointment at its range that's why im waiting to see what it will happen.
