Invisible objects , no opportunity to continue
I stucked somehow and never had the opportunity to save my steps. I lost over 920k steps.
Can you fix it please???
I'm daily player since 24th march , you can see aswell my pure progress, i hope to get back my steps.

Here is a proof that i dont lie about my steps.
The video uploaded yesterday , thats why i have 899k steps.
Hope to get my steps back , becausei keep ky steps up to use them in new season.
I feel terrible about that loss .
I hope moderators will understand and give them back.

After 4 days and daily connection with King Player Support, the problem still remains , and my steps never came back to me. To remind you 900k steps lost. I know that everyone want the best for the game but that situation is against me.
I never cheat or had bad behaviour instead i express my ideas for the game, im playing a lot, i pay every month my pass.
And i never demand something that i dont deserve.
All i want is 900k steps or 9k trophies that are equal to 900k steps.
You can credit to me 9k trophies
I ask you politely, let me know if you are able to manage this situation solving it otherwise i cannot do my best for you and humiliate me like that.
