Lost steps missing trophies

After 4 days and daily connection with King Player Support, the problem still remains , and my steps never came back to me. To remind you 900k steps lost. I know that everyone want the best for the game but that situation is against me.
I never cheat or had bad behaviour instead i express my ideas for the game, im playing a lot, i pay every month my pass.
And i never demand something that i dont deserve.
All i want is 900k steps or 9k trophies that are equal to 900k steps.
You can credit to me 9k trophies
I ask you politely, let me know if you are able to manage this situation solving it otherwise i cannot do my best for you and humiliate me like that.

@Emmanouil - Please remember that the losing steps is an actual bug and unfortunately, you are losing them... I know you got frustrated by this and we are sorry!
Regarding to your trophies, when excatly you've been lost your trophies? If you lose your trophies at the end of the season one that's normal because every new season, all contributions you've made from the previous season will be gone forever!

Regarding to your trophies, when excatly you've been lost your trophies? If you lose your trophies at the end of the season one that's normal because every new season, all contributions you've made from the previous season will be gone forever!
