I've contacted the King support multiple times, but they are not willing to give me my Blue Hyena skin! Can anyone here help me?
I need to know a few things before being able to help you - what's the reason they decided to not give you the blue hyena skin? Or they didn't answer at all? And what's your player ID?
I told them that my skin is missing. They replied and said they want a screenshot of the email that confirms my pre-registration. I said I don't have such an email and attached a screenshot of my Google Play purchase history. The automated support closed the conversation after 3 days. I contacted the support again with the same issue. The automated mail system closed the conversation again. The problem is that I just can't convince the support to give me my Blue Hyena skin. I don't have a confirmation email! Google doesn't even send emails that confirm a pre-registration! Everything I have is my Google Play purchase history, but the support doesn't accept it!

I didn't received the Blue Hyena-Skin although I pre-registered in the Google Play Store in July 2020. 😥
I contacted the King Player-support two times. They answered that they need a screenshot of the registration-e-mail for pre-order. But I don't got such an e-mail. I answered to the King Player-support that I don't got such an e-mail and I sent them a screenshot of the notification that Crash Bandicoot: On the Run is available in the Google Play Store. Than, the King Player-support sent an automatic e-mail to me and they claimed that I don't replied. They will close the ticket in three days if I don't reply. I replied again and sent the screenshot of the notification. The King Player-support closed the ticket after three days. 😥
I contacted the support two times and two times they didn't helped me and closed the tickets although I replied to them.

Sure, since customer support is unable to receive screenshoots I'll be forwarding this.
Note: It might take some time since forwarding threads with problems similar to this one generally take more time to solve (instead of using customer support).
if possible can you put your player ID and screenshoots (if you have) so they can look at your account too?
