@Pikboi15 Sorry just found your post reporting this after I had posted as well. Glad you managed to get all this info to them. It is disheartning and unjust to all those of us who play fairly and actually have invested monetary finance into this game. I agree some form of reimbursement or rectifying our 2nd place win should be considered for all our efforts.

I can inform you that all the cheaters are currently being reviewed and being successfully flagged (soft-banned) so no worries.
About the compensation, I did heard about players getting nothing or 20 crystals for that which is obviously not right. I already forwarded a complaint about this issue (both here on forums and on discord), it's nonsense giving something that is clearly worse than what you should have received - in other words this is not how compensation should work . For now I would recommend writing another report/complaint to CS explaining your points since what you just receive is nowhere close to being a compensation, you're expected to receive a equal or better compensation for what you lost, specially because it's not the players fault for what happened, but a faulty anti-cheat program that failed to detect cheaters.
