Team members who play in the event should have the power to kick out those who don't play

I mean, this is the job of the leader, isn't it? He can decide which players stay and which get kicked. Granting normal members this power kinda takes away the role of a "leader."

Well, I created a new team for that reason. My old team had 30 members, 27 of which were inactive including the leader. The three members who were active couldn't do anything with it.

Indeed, I left my old team because our leader had stopped playing

The whole concept of one person having all the power is a flawed concept to begin with. What they really need to do is allow there to be a team of leaders. The original leader can pick others to lead the team, and kick out the inactives. Then if it's a leader that's inactive, it's not that big a deal since you've got co-leaders.
