I finally LOST my Progress... this is goodbye 💔

I opened my game today, was about to contribute additional trophies for the COTR Community team, but the game suddenly "Download Resources" and guess what, I just lost everything.

Goodbye everyone... I enjoyed the game, purchased gems, and even participated to limited events. But since I can't fricking create a king account nor the game having Google Play Games Binds, I just lost it all... everything...

Thanks to everyone in the COTR Community teams for encouraging me to stay in the game! 💕 To be honest I never knew than there will still be a chance for me to recover almost everything back from my old account to my new one, and had already lost hope. But all's well, ends well. I got my skins & crystals back thanks to the amazing help of the Support. Tho' it almost took for about a week before they responded to my other thread, you'll never know unless you wait patiently, now I can continue playing the game!

And so, this thread is now concluded.

Same happened to me today, but I already had my progress saved to an account. So nothing was lost. Phew.

@Adrenaline So you were able to purchase gems without having an account to save them?.. Since they can’t restore the lost progress (and unwilling to compensate) that seems like a thing that shouldn’t be possible, otherwise players are indirectly just losing money on purchases that eventually gets erased.

@Joey_YouTube He/she stated that it wasn’t possible to create an account, so there is no account data to restore, and moderators in past discussions have made it quite clear that nothing can be done.

And let’s not pain him/her with more false hope in the failed support system that is clearly not working, which is why many turn to the community page in vain to try and be heard.

Be as optimistic as you’d like, but it is important to judge from an objective point of view, putting your faith in them and being blindly devoted will get you nowhere if their intentions aren’t in your favor.

You can remove my old account in the team... I have no more hope of recovering it since it's not binded to any account, nor gmail, or IP address. I already lost hope the moment I saw the intro of a new game after I opened it. Nor do I care anymore... I will just wait for the game to have many other alternative means of saving progress than this over problematic King Account scheme. Until all this issues are resolved, I won't be playing the game. I'm tired of the feeling of grief.

Yeah... I'll just make a new account whenever the game has new ways of saving progress... but until then, I'll keep myself away of this game for some time... It only brings me anxiety for now...

I reinstalled the game as per advices by @Joey_YouTube. Somehow with a new ID I managed to create a King Account with it...

I can't post my email in public, so I'll send the unedited screenshot to a mod or who ever will come to help me with this issue... Please, I need my old progress back... I don't want to lose it nor want to start a new... I still have little hope within me... please... don't make me lose it...
