LOST 670K STEPS WHATTTTTT?????
I was playing and i fall then wanted to continue ofc but i couldn't watch the ad because there was no "watch ad" anywhere, it was just to pay with diamonds or continue, i didnt want to pay with diamonds and i just continue, when i continue all the materials were collected, there was no more material, and then i came out and when i came out i was surprised beacuse i lost MY 670K STEPS...
HOW I LOST MY 670K STEPS AND WHY I LOST
these 670K steps was from before, in this last run maybe i have 2k or 3k steps
SO WHAT STEPS HAVE TO DO WITH "CONTINUE"
WHY ARE THEY GONE IF I HAD ALL 670K STEPS FROM BEFORE
WHY ALL STEPS ARE NOT SAVED
WHY IF I LOST ALL STEPS WHY I DIDNT LOST AND ALL MATERIALS I HAVE COLLECTED

PLEASE I AM WAITING ANSWER ONLY FROM MODERATORS TO EXPLAINE ME THIS HUGE

First of all I'm sorry for your loss, it's something that has also happened to me, and many other players as well.
I think the following you will not want to read, but no player ever got his lost steps back.
In the forum you can find this helpful tip, now it won't help you, your collected steps are gone, but next time it will surely work with it.
Cheer up, I lost 2 million steps and still play CotR. 😉

I have tried this several times but no way to see "watch ad" theres was no "watch ad" for idk reason and i really have good internet connection.
I was bored clicking 100 times X and KEEP EVERYTHING then i click continue but didnt know what is coming next.
Nad i lost every interes for this MISTAKE GAME

Feel warmly embraced by me. This may not help much now, I know, but sometimes all that helps here is to take a deep breath and take a break from playing CotR.
I've often been on the verge of freaking out because this game is so full of bugs.

I know and this is really the best to take break from CotR beacuse this is really disappointing.
Right now i am playing to create 100 serums, 100 bombs, 100 rayguns and 100 bazookas from all Nitro, Frosty, Inferno and Oxide to be prepared for next islands, but after this i rellay lost interer for this game which has more mistakes than enjoyment

I have now farmed weapons by the hundreds.
For me, this season is the last.
By buying the Bandicoot Pass I wanted to support the developers because I loved the original so much.
But since I can't complete the pass, probably due to the intermittent unplayability of the game, and despite having enough trophies, I'm out.
Maybe I'll check back later to see if there's anything exciting new, if not that's it for me and CotR.

I lost 300k and all I got was a bot response saying I need to watch the ad when I die which literally had nothing to do with me loading the game and everything gone. Not even the garbage 20 crystal compensation the help usually hands out when something messes up in this broken game…

I lost 180k steps becuz of a bug on Snow Go. Im having my Aku Aku invisibility. And then it stuck me on the spikes, a few moments later i died becuz i cant turn and i cant jump, spin and even switch lanes. It forces me to pay crystals and i had to lost everything especially my collected items, collected steps. Developers are yal even fixing the bugs?
