I lean towards Never, since we were promised the Gem Run Problem would be resolved "soon" in other Topics and multiple updates as well as 5 months later nothing happened.
They simply never made a gem run for that level. You can't fix what doesn't even exist in the first place. I feel any level designer they had in the team no longer work on the game.

It's a glaring omissions and King clearly showed stupid experiments to gameplay and seasonal content are more important than adding the Gem Run.
Just like updates got us new Regular Gangs...
