I think the old interface is better for me. I temporarily got given the new interface before they changed the Home Screen and I did not like how you had to beat boss minions in a certain order.
That is understandable @Nenikapaki ! A lot of the players who have a problem with the new interface are use to the old one. I am just really lucky that I still have the old one. But I posted this poll because I want everyone who is unhappy with the new interface to have a say. π
Seriously this interface isn't at all user-friendly also you can't trade steps!??? Why are the developers do this and not fixing all the [email protected] bugs and glitches??!!!? Seriously! π‘π‘π‘
I think I wouldn't have minded the new interface, if it had a tika head to convert your steps and coins into trophies. But as it doesn't, it makes the whole object of seasons/tournaments obsolete, as one can't accumulate many trophies, to have any chance of competing with the top teams. I have had to cut down playing time, as I have more weapons than I would ever need, so end up selling items collected in runs, for more coins, which `i then can't do anything with. Have over 300,000 steps, which I can't do anything with, and without doubt, I'm only a crash away from loosing them.
Sticking with the old interface. It's not because I'm used to it, but because of the MANY flaws that the new interface has. If they have listened to our criticism and added what we needed back, then I don't mind the new interface.
What I would like to see:
1- Bring back the Tiki Head or add another way for people to gain trophies conveniently. Survival Run being the only way to get a lot of trophies is just gonna turn down a lot of players. Especially since Survival Run is buggy. Suggestion to this:
A- Bring the Tiki Head back so that people can actually use the Steps / Wumpa Fruit instead of them being bragging rights just like the colored gems.
2- Update the entire boss gang in the Mission Computer Board, not like 24% of it AND MANY more. Updating the first 49 gems and then leave the rest of the gems (155 gems) unchanged isn't a "good update" in the eyes of many players, don't do this next time.
Another flaw in this new interface with the Mission Board, is that you can spoil yourself the next bosses simply by swiping up... the list... why in the world would you make this a thing? I wouldn't mind the new list and new order you want to give me, but spoiling the next gang bosses just like that is not cool. Please hide any bosses and their henchmen that you HAVE NOT DEFEATED YET. You should only be able to see the bosses you have defeated and the current henchmen / boss you are going to fight, NOT the later bosses.
3- It's lifeless, I would like the old interface due to the fact that it has full of life, seeing the labs working, chickens sitting on the coups... Crash and Coco admiring the world around them and visiting the worlds in a way better bird-eye view than now. Again, I know you have changed it due to the fact that there are many "COMING SOON" that all are meaningless, but why change the entire interface when you can just remove the "COMING SOON" alerts from the areas? It's not that difficult to do so.
4- Don't discourage people who have already progressed far in the game. You should have thought about the other people who are already mid to late game. Adding the gift system is a punch to those people since you do not get the rewards of the previous gifts. People who began the game gets more satisfaction in exchange for the desatifcation of people who already progress is a bad move. Also, because you have changed the order of the bosses in the first 49 gems. Many people will go back facing the same boss they have faced before. For early game people, it's not bad since the weapons do not take that long to make. But in Mid to late game, this will turn down players as they have to make the same agonizingly long weapons to face the boss that needs said weapons.
Just a theory, but I'd bet money on it: The developers were getting sick of hearing people talk about all of the "COMING SOON!" items that were all over the base and the map. Right now the only places you will see "Coming Soon!" is the "Feed" tab in the 'Teams' section and the "Levels", "Crash Log" and "Stickers" tabs in the 'Profile' section. I wouldn't be surprised if those were dropped in a future update.
King.com should honestly be embarrassed at how this game has been handled. Each new release seems to only do the following two things: 1. Remove features that a large portion of players would say is the only reason they play the game, and/or 2. Update some part of the game that was not broken, while ignoring the bugs that the players have been reporting to them for many months.
They took away Seasonal Toyrnaments to "focus on the core game", but left us with a watered-down tournament that just loads us up with Crystals while giving us nothing to spend them on (except Continues that we used to get for watching ads). Now they are taking away the primary source of players' trophies and expect us to keep playing when we now see what their efforts to "focus on the core game" really amount to. You have taken away every excuse for me to keep playing this game. You just lost a player.

B- Add a new thing to get trophies. I have already suggested an Endless cycle of henchmen and bosses that appears everytime after getting all gems. Beating the optional henchmen / bosses will give you trophies just like how they would in a seasonal event. This will be a reason for people to come back and another method for people to gain trophies other than playing Survival Run 24/7.
