I've tried that. The first suggestion I had already tried and the second suggestion, did not work. This has to be on King's end. None of the tried and true methods that work for others, work for me. I just tired it in an incognito window. It is still crashing even then. Thanks for trying. This is very frustrating as you can imagine.
I have already been to that troubleshooting page. Also, as I said in my original post, I have 2 different browsers and neither is working for this game. I don't understand why King is not looking in to this. I have tried everything suggested by them, to no avail. I'm not sure how they expect people to play if the game does…
This keeps happening to me too. It is getting really frustrateing, especially because I have been playing the same level for a week and keep losing lives due to crashing. The last time ( a few Minutes ago) I felt like I could have won the level. PLEASE FIX THIS, KING!!!!!!!

Sorry yours is still messed up. This is totally on their end. I get sick of deleting cache, etc! I hope yours comes back up soon. So frustrating, I know!
The problem seems to have stopped. (I hope I didn't just jinx myself). I also tried everything suggested. I wish the IT people of this game would admit it is on their end instead of giving "Stock" answers, such as refresh browser or clear cache.
