  • I agree. And, to make things worse, the customer service sucks. If you complain to them, they say you’re being aggressive and ignore you. I’m still waiting for an explanation of what I said that was aggressive / abusive. Staff is just in a defensive tizzy with all their issues and are dropping other balls as a result. Very…
