I played level 98 4 times already and won but the game wont progress to level 99

Also, clear cache and cookies and make sure you have the latest version of the App/Browser. That always helps to keep issues away

If it means I can keep playing and won't be stuck in an eternal loop that would be great. It does currently show on the map that I am on level 345 just won't let me play it
His didnt fix the issue. I have the updated version & am still stuck on level 396, but now the game itself is different from what it was before the update.

Could you double check that you have the latest game app version? If you have an update to do, try the level after updating and hopefully you can pass the level then

Despite winning many times, the game wont advance my level. I have waited through the two end of game scriptings. It does tell me I've filled the gold for this stage, which is different from other levels.
Oops, Hannah, I did not receive notification of your answers - However, I can see you passed the level now. There was indeed a technical issue with the levels but it's been fixed now, so I take it your game is now fine too

I have completed Level 454, but when I select Level 455, it opens 454 again. It will not let me open Level 455 even after completing Level 454. It is stuck on Level 454. I am also no longer seeing the diamond counter. I have not seen the diamond counter since approx level 450. How can these issues be resolved?

For that, I'd need your game ID - To find it:
- Open the game App.
- Tap on the left bottom corner and click on the orange icon.
- DOUBLE TAP on the King logo on the top of the pop up and you will see the ID.

Yes, 318, my bad! I've reset your progress now so that should be fine now. Close the game and restart it and that should do the trick.
There were a few other players experiencing the same, so the Studio is looking into it as well to make sure it does not happen again. Keep clearing cache and cookies regularly and update the game whenever possible to avoid bugs as well.

Hi - I’m assuming you mean you’ll advance me to 318 (I’m nowhere near 406 - yet!) and that would be great. I tried to get it to move past 317 a few times this weekend and it wouldn’t. Thank you for your help.

CatGilhooley I've reset the progress again, so you should be able to advance to 349.
@Oreomcfluffie, If you're ok with losing your previous personal scores, I can reset your game too. Let me know what level you are having issues with.
We've got a few reports from players experiencing the same issue. I've escalated this to the Studio for further investigation on the issue. Sorry about it, I understand it's not convenient but hopefully we can get that sorted out soon. Thanks for letting us know!

In Diamond Diaries I have completed level 331 6 times with at least 1 star each time but my game won't advance to the next level. I have tried on both of my devices. I also tried deleting the app and re-downloading. How do I get it to advance? I have also noticed that sometimes when I click on it to re-play it will bring up a previous level that I have already completed.

issue where I cannot get past level 345, when I click on it it loads 344 and if I pass level 344 and go on to 345 even if I pass It it moves me back to 344 !

Ok, I passed you to 346 and reset your game. That should work fine now, but please, make sure you have the latest version of the App/browser as well as clear cache and cookies regularly to avoid that kind of issue.
Let me know how that goes. I've also let the Team know in case, so they can check if there's an issue or not on our side.
