my game has stopped loading on my PC and no longer able to ask for lives on my ipad in diamond diari

diamond diaries has stopped loading on my PC. gets so far and then freezes. also suddenly unable to ask for lives on my ipad. the screen goes gray and i have to deinstall the app on both then reinstall and lost lives and boosters on both. this is getting frustrating. is anyone else having this problem?

I have a similar problem with this game, It isn't,loading just say loading and doesn't open.

I have 5 days and i can't play; I update the browser,and clean cahe and cookies on my PC, but nothing happen.

Hey Sue! 

I know it's frustrating! The best in that case is to update your browser/App with the latest version and clear cache and cookies. That sounds simple, but it works magic!
