Cannot retrieve my 744 levels

Level 1
I erase the game , erase the cache , restart the ipad reloaded the game, many many time but still restart at level one. Will like to know step by step how to reinstall correctly to recovery to level 744 were i was. Need help after so many months playing and finish this way is frustrating.

Your game is saved through your Facebook account - right now your game is connected to another Kingdom account.
Connect your game to Facebook again to get back on track:- Open the game
- Tap on the blue button under "Play" (Disconnect probably to you)
- Log out
- Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
- Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds
- Turn on the device again
- Reopen your game
- Tap on the blue button under "Play" again
- Select the "Register with Facebook" option
- Proceed to connect the game to Facebook

Sorry about that - we were having some issues with the level release which is why you were put back in levels. Your progress should have been saved though and the levels are being put back right now.
If you're still having this issue tomorrow, please let me know in this thread.

Same here, was at 741 last night, now I'm back to 740 (with my one star, so at least I don't have to spend another 2 weeks beating it). Very frustrating.I reinstalled the game and connected to Facebook again, same thing, still back to 740 (I got a message saying that there will be more levels soon too).
