Purchased piggy bank did not get old bars

after purchasing the full piggy bank i did not receive the bars. this is the 4th time this has happened both on my mobile and on pc!!!!

    I am sorry to hear that you have not received the Gold Bars you have purchased from your Piggy Bank!!  I would suggest you to contact the King Support team through this link receive your purchased items --->  https://soporto.king.com/contact

    ** While filling out, enter the TOPIC as "Problems with Purchase";
    **  and the SUB-TOPIC as "Purchased Items Not Received"
    ** Explain briefly about the issue and Submit the form.

    NOTE:  Along with above details, make sure to enter the Game Name correctly!

    After sending the complaint, you will be receiving an automated email as acknowledgement.  If you have not heard from them within 3 days, send a reply to the same email you have received.

    the same thing happened to me. I purchased my full piggy bank and didn't receive my gold bars and this is the 2nd time this happened and it's not fair that I have to go through this every time I play this or any other game.

    Please contact the King Support team and ask for their assistance.  Please see the steps I wrote in above post for @cwright31!  

    I am writing you separately as I am concerned that you have mentioned this is happening every time you purchase your Piggy Bank and in all the games!!  That does not sound right at all to me!! 

    Can you please tell me what other games, you had this issue before?  Just the games' names are enough for now.  We will talk further once you give me the names :+1:
