Freeze and take the gold coins, reach out to the developer requesting assistance. Long story short never got fix nor credit for the coins.

After this issue with Diamonds diaries, I am deleting most of the application. I have spent more time reaching out to the customer support trying to get the app to work correctly and without success. After many year's and spending thousands of dollars, I should be working for the company. At least my paycheck will stay in the company.

On the other hand, have you checked if you have the last version of the game?

In this link, you will find troubleshooting steps to follow to update your game

Simply make sure that your game is safely backed up to your Facebook or Kingdom account before proceeding with this step and, in case you lose any boosters, just let me know
