Help needed

I'm stuck on level 773 - Ive checked all the help videos and discovered that the springy bit on the right never shoots the gems into the main part.  I'm playing on a laptop via Facebook - please help, it's driving me mad!

I cant find my User ID as there is no Blue button to tap, only the green play button.

Ok, so I'm going to ask you some questions and let's work from there

- Do you choose any special boosters before playing the level? If so, which ones? 
- Once you start playing do you see something like here in the pic below? 


- If so, what happens after linking the hearts or whatever charm you get.. does the platform that in this image holds the bird, jumping it? is the booster going into the main part?

I have been talking today with the Studio and they made some changes in your level that makes your issue be fixed.

Just tried the game again and it is no different.  Yes the platform on the right does jump, but not much and the booster just drops into the compartment below the platform, and not into the main part.

In answer to the questions in your first query, no chosen boosters used and when the game starts there are 4 pink hearts in the bottom compartment and a cyclone? booster on the platform, which falls into the bottom compartment instead of jumping to the main part.

Anyway, dont worry about it now, I used up all my gold and bought more and used 15 extra moves to get past the level!
