Why do the game keep crashing?

This is the second time I have had to start the game over the first i was in the 600 this time i was in the 500 and the the game starts over again ! I am getting sick of starting over

Check whether r u on the latest version ? R u using phone or PC? Restart ur phone and try too ..

Same! I was up to level 500 something but now I’m back to 1. It’s beyond frustrating
