No reward for necklace

On Diamond Diaries Saga, the last. 3 or 4 times I’ve completed a necklace, I am supposed to get a reward, but I have not. I’ve emailed the support each time this has happened, but not gotten any response. Can someone help me? Thanks!!

So how about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug? (I hope it's solved that nothing this happens. 🤔)

⚠️ NOTE ⚠️

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered and your current level is saved but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with Facebook or King.Com.

I enjoy this game but do get frustrated by not being able to collect reward's. Also can not go on to the next level.

I have tried every step and now it's not letting me log onto the game had to go another game just to sent a message what do I do?

If yes, Don't worry about this problem!

Please select your device that you are playing on Diamond Diaries Saga, then you click on any device and read to follow these troubleshooting steps of this problem that I hope this helps (These discussions solved by Community Team.) 😉

⚠️ Note ⚠️

If you follow uninstall and reinstall any King's Game, you save your game's progress and gold bars are transferred but you have lost all of the boosters and your event will be reset or gone.
