cannot get game to load Diamond Diaries.

Stan thank you for your help but, did not work.

Tried everything suggested by Community Support and still cannot load game. Gets all the way to play and when you hit that a screen comes up and says loading and will go no further. PLEASE PLEASE HELP Liva22 Sad
