PC glitches unfixable?

Hi Diamond Lim, I am still struggling on and I have noticed other PC users having glitch problems. Why do you have this game available to download on PC's if it isnt up to standard.Not getting tools and not able to claim prizes and it being recognised as a glitch by the programmers is not endearing this game to people, and it is a good game, dont get me wrong. I am still in the 300's only having got the chest 3 times which I think is not really fair as the games are hard.Why not make it a bit easier to get the chest, or give us a bit more time?

Sorry! I haven't playing this game with PC and have playing this game with mobile device. I play this game with my two mobile devices and can get boosters are still saved on mystery chests. I see some players have asked their lost boosters with PC too. 🙁
So how about you tried playing this game with mobile device as there is still no problem with mobile devices mostly. 😊
And I will tagging @PummyRaj as I think she have playing this game with PC if she can help. 😊

Do you mean you still trouble crashing or not loading on this game with using Facebook or Facebook Gameroom? 😢

So how about you tried playing another browser app (such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and others) or playing mobile device (there is no Crashing Issues mostly)? 😊
And did you remove Flash Player as Flash Player ended on 31st December 2020. So replace using to HTML5 version, please check out this page here! 😉
If it's still not worked, which browser app are you playing on this game? I will waiting for your response to answer! 😊

I am so sorry to say that I do not have any good news to share with you 😔
As we have discussed in the other thread about a month ago or so, unfortunately, the game on the PC is not going to get better 😮 😥
The Studio would need many permissions from the Facebook and/or the related people to send any updates or fixes to the game on a PC. Whereas for mobile devices, it is easy for them to get those permissions, etc.,
So, anyway, to fix all the glitches you are having in the game, the Diamond Diaries Team must send an update. But, they have decided not to due to other difficulties.
Hence, if you would like continue to play a "glitch free and bug free" game, the only option that is left out is to play on a mobile device. I know that it is not the answer you are looking for.
Because, I am also just like you, who likes to play the game on a PC - a wide screen and more convenient platform. But, I did not have the choice anymore and I could not wait any more for new levels to be released on a PC game. I chose to continue to play the game rather than waiting forever on a PC!

I am sorry to hear that you are having issue with the game 😔
I am sorry to say that I am not clear about the issue you are having... Is your game "not loading" OR is it having glitches like @Annie_Soutter has explained above in their question above.
If it is loading, I have not heard any other complaints! So, it could be that only you must be having the issue!
If you are having loading issues with an Orange screen and King logo showing up, it could be related to their server issues. They will be cleared on it's own. Keep changing the browsers and deleting cookies.
Another thing... the King team does not support the "Facebook Game Room"! So, please try to play on any other browser that are available in your PC.
