I also updated the latest version of this game, then it takes me out from Level 2030 (Max Level) to Level 1955 too. 😢

Come on gus what is happening with the tech team, we can't keep on going back and forth the levels. Now I have gone back to level 1 after I just said that I was able to go back to level 2003. No guys please fix your technical issues.
Hello I was able to get back to my original but I still don't have internet connection so I don't know if my lèvel will be saved. But the update did help just the internet connection issue now

So did you update the latest version (Android - 1.39.1 / Apple - 1.39.0) of this game that I hope nothing this happen? 😊
If yes but it's still not worked, How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug.

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

I am telling you that i followed all the troubleshooting steps mentioned and you are telling to do it all over again. I lost all the game progress and the rewards earned and everything. If you have a solution then please share but dont dare say to do the troubleshooting steps (copying pasting the scripted steps to all the members having the same issue) (Edit by CM: Rude)

i updated to the latest version 1.39.1 and still the same, lost all the levels i played and returned back to 80th level, i had also logged in everytime i play and it was also synced to the last level in mobile as well as FB game page. Please help

I’m glad I am not alone. I have also jumped back to 1955, from 2019.
Can you please tell me why I'm no longer on level 2000+ and put back to level 1955 and why this level has frozen? tried restarting phone to refresh game but still frozen on level1955

Please check out the link below for your issue.
Let me know if you're playing in other device. Meanwhile, please disconnect your device fm the internet without exiting the game, wait for several seconds and then reconnect back. Play a level and go to the map screen to see whether you're back at your original level.

I am playing diamond diaries on my iphone, its the latest version game, i have plenty of storage for the game. I have turned off the internet as directed to no avail. still sat a the boarding gate of level1955 with 3 stars showing i've completed this level. Yesterday I was on level 2021, went to play the game today and now frozen on level 1955, any ideas???

@Diamond Lim thank you for helping everyone, myself included.I just started playing on Valentine Day and I'm up to level 282 now.I really love this game with all the new recent changes.. Forging keys and exchanging them is my biggest hurdle. I never seem to get exchange for the very last key. But I still love this game and Candy Crush Soda.thank you and everyone else for all the wonderful tags.
I'm facing the same problem, and also tried the same fix. For me, also, this did not work. This is very frustrating.

Ich bin bei Level 2030,bei mein neuen Handy nur noch bei 1955....habe alles probiert, Facebook angemeldet Gerät aus,wieder an Facebook wieder angemeldet.Beim alten Gerät versucht mein Profil mit Kingkonto zu synchronisieren...geht auch nicht,weil die Anleitung wie man das macht nicht mit dem Übereinstimmung was man auf der Kingseite sieht....kein Button oder Link zum synchronisieren....kann mir jemand helfen

I have played to the end level 1550. Now I am wondering when will we get new levels?
