Hi, so I’ve completed Level 1370 and the boarding gate is blank and has been for the past 2 weeks? I’m confused and have tried many ways to fix this? I know you have a lot more levels so was wondering why this is happening if you could help at all?

Here is a tips of how to update the latest version of this game :
After updating the latest version of this game, you should use stable Internet Connection while waiting a least 2 minutes that I hope the latest new levels released on this game! 😊
If you have followed these steps above but it's still not worked, How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps here (Android) (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)
⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.
By the way, there are 2045 levels (Max Level) on this game with mobile devices. 😊

I am having a similar issue for the past 2 days. The screen pops up for me to accept the extra moves, but I can’t click it. The only way to get out of it is to force close the app and start over. I deleted and reinstalled the app this morning, so I have the latest version of the app, but still having issues. Also, on the little chest thingie where you collect gems and trade keys with other players.... when I play a game, since reinstalling the app, it doesn’t recognize that I’ve collected any jewels.

Whenever fellow player tries to give me a hammer or extra moves game freezes and no way to get passed. Everytime, have to restart my phone.
