I'm stuck for weeks on 1903. I have no idea what should I do. One diamond always left.After I finished 2, I'm collecting bottles. But diamond goes on first stage, and I can't reach them. I have gold and busters, but nothing help.

I have checked this level has still no problem and no tricky. Then let me help you how to pass level 1903 without using boosters and extra moves today. 😊
Firstly, you always link star ray charms to destroy right of the blockers and ignore anothers on first stage.
After using 3 moves, the left diamond will move down to second stage. You always link star ray charms to destroy left of blockers again. (Follow Picture 1)
** The left diamond will move up then down every using 3 moves. **
** I have completed first diamond on second stage then second diamond on first stage, the left diamond will move down from first to second stage, I have still no problem on Level 1903. **
After that, you can use vertical/cross/star ray charm to collect that perfume bottles's area. Or you can link star ray charm to collect these bottles. 😉
Or you can also link these 3 (more than 3) same colour perfume bottles twice. (I think also almost same collected bottles as well) 😊
I have tried playing this level with 1st try and without using boosters and extra moves today.
I also shown you to learn linking skills if you want to be interested learning. 😎

If you have collected all the perfume bottles already but the left diamond cannot move to first stage (does not like my screenshot), How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. You can click here (Android) or here (Apple) then you can find and follow troubleshooting steps that I hope this helps. 😉
⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.
If it's still not worked after following these steps of Crashing/Freezing Issue, please show your screenshot of this problem that I will check it better. 😉 (If you don't know how to take a screenshot, you can click here!) Then :
