Why is the game kicking me out?

The game kickt me out three times yes but it was with about one hour between each time.
I got mad the first time and quit playing.
I waited one hour, then I tryed to play again, first try I failed, second try the game kickt me out.
I waited one more hour and then the same thing happend for the third time.
Can you help? 🤔

Don't worry! How about you tried these steps here 👇😊
1. Open this game
2. Select Profile
3. Select Log Out then Close the app
4. Reopen the app then Log back in to your profile and finally Open this game.
If it's still not worked, how about you tried to follow these another troubleshooting steps here (Android) or here (Apple) (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)
⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars, current your level progress, collect the diamond mission and some events are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with Facebook or King.Com.
If you have followed these steps of Crashing/Freezing issue already but it's still not worked, please let me know what's your mobile device and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I will here to help you again. 😉

I have tried playing this level many times then there is still no problem on this level today.

1. Open this game
