Yep! I agree Level 3072 (also 3074 and 3076) are really impossible to be passed again as it's not very enough moves to be passed possible. 😢
Level 3072 - 20 Moves is too less moves, need destroy blockers with using 9-10 moves possible. Then it's very difficult to collect these perfume bottles then destroy these above charms possible as it's not enough moves while green charms released. I have tried many times but still failed.
Anyway, Level 3072, 3074 and 3076 have reported to Community Team today then we hope these levels should be fixed easier. Thank you for your feedback. 😊
You can also earned more boosters (gold bars) by features/events that you can use them to pass any impossible levels on this game if you got so close. 😉

Very sorry! Bad news as unfortunately Community Team decided they cannot fixed this level and Level 3076 easier but can fixed Level 3074 easier now. So we cannot help you again. We are afraid. 😢
