Been stuck on 3308 for days, Really frustrating 😕

I check playing Level 3337 again, this level is still passable for us mostly but this level is very tricky right now! I did passing this level without using boosters and extra moves two times! 🤞😄
If you have still a lot of Start-Up Boosters and more than 9 Gold Bars, you can using All of Start-Up Boosters and / or 5 Extra Moves once only then you can passing this level as soon as possible. But I did passing this level without using boosters and extra moves two times! 🤞😄

You should be more patience waiting at least 2 weeks first then you can coming back to continue playing this game when you have still more than 30 new levels left almost to the max level better if you want, then we hope you can seeing and receiving these new special features like Jeweler's Trial, Trader Chest and another new features, so these new special features will helping you to win more FREE Boosters and Gold Bars that you can using Boosters / Extra Moves to pass any tricky levels especially if you got so close to pass any tricky levels then you can reaching and passing up to the max level easier and better in this game as well. 😉
Where have Traders Chest, Jewelers Trial or Jewelers Challenge gone?
I need them back so that I can get some gold bars to get me through some really hard levels. Please, please, please 🙏

Hi there! I have some problems with level 3352, it seems like there are some kind of glitches in the upper part of the game area... sometimes it just wouldn't allow me to link more than 5 gems, and other times i just couldn't link anything at all... and it only seems to happen more often at the beginning of the game and in the upper part of the game area... is it just me or anyone else have the same problem?? Thanks!

Level 3321 has been fixed easier on last week already as the layers of blockers deceased! I did passing this level with my 1st try and without using boosters and extra moves two times! ✌️😄
Or also waiting another features are Jeweller Club (Team Feature), Jeweller Trial (Rival Challenge), Trader Chest released that the features can also helping you to earn more boosters (gold bars) then use them to beat any tricky levels better too. 😉
still stuck on level 3321 😕 So now I’m just going to stop playing for a few days to get extra moves see if that works.

I check playing Level 1678 again, the last diamond can be pushed up completed. This level has still no problem for me! 👌😄
How about you try these troubleshooting steps here first! ⬇️😄
1. Open this game
2. Select Profile
3. Select Log Out then Close the app
4. Reopen the app then Login back to your profile (Don't playing the game first) and finally Open the game (Can playing now).

you can only get threw 3312 if you have boosters which I don’t have so I guess it will be one I’ll never get threw 😕

Don't worry! This level, Level 3312, 3313 and 3316 have been reported to the Diamond Diaries Saga Team already on two days ago. Then we hope these levels should be fixed easier later. Please be patience and thanks again. 🙏🤗
Except this level, Level 3312, 3313 and 3316, another new levels are still not problem to be passed. 👌😊
