I think you have reached almost to max level (less than 30 new levels left), unfortunately as we will never seen to get any new special features/events like Jeweller's Club, Jeweller's Trial, Trader Chest and another new features. That's means we can still getting Collect the Diamond Mission, City Challenge and Mystery Quest only when we have reached less than 30 new levels left.
If had still more than 30 new levels left, I think these new special features/events had still chance to be released but these features/events will be released randomly by the system (not always) on this game.
So you can still be collected free Gold Bars by Collect the Diamond Mission and City Challenge Features and also collected more boosters by Mystery Quest only.
And next one Diamond Diaries Contest (Chance to Win Free Gold Bars too) will be coming on 1st May 2023 on this game's community. 😉

Where have Traders Chest, Jewelers Trial or Jewelers Challenge gone?

Hi there! I have some problems with level 3352, it seems like there are some kind of glitches in the upper part of the game area... sometimes it just wouldn't allow me to link more than 5 gems, and other times i just couldn't link anything at all... and it only seems to happen more often at the beginning of the game and in the upper part of the game area... is it just me or anyone else have the same problem?? Thanks!

Congratulations as finally you did passed Level 3312! 😄
As you asked you stuck on Level 3321, right? Level 3321 has been fixed easier on last week already as the layers of blockers deceased! I try playing this level again then I passed this level without using boosters and extra moves and with my 1st try easily. 😄
I hope you can passed this level without using boosters and extra moves possible soon. Another new levels are still not problem while without using boosters and extra moves possible but it's masterful hard. Good luck for challenging to pass these new tricky levels! 👍😊

Or also waiting another features are Jeweller Club (Team Feature), Jeweller Trial (Rival Challenge), Trader Chest released that the features can also helping you to earn more boosters (gold bars) then use them to beat any tricky levels better too. 😉
still stuck on level 3321 😕 So now I’m just going to stop playing for a few days to get extra moves see if that works.

I have checked and played this level again then the last diamond can be pushed up completed. This level has still no problem for me! 👌😊
So how about you try these steps here first 👇😊
1. Open this game
2. Select Profile
3. Select Log Out then Close the app
4. Reopen the app then Log back in to your profile (don't play first) and finally Open the game (can play now).
I hope you can try playing this level has nothing this happens again. 😊
If it's still not worked after following up these steps, how about you follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope nothing this happens. 😊
⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars and level progress are saved/transfered but all of the boosters and inventory lives are lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with your Facebook or Kingdom Account connected.
If it's still not worked after following up all of these steps, can you please take a screenshot of this problem (How to take a screenshot), answer what's your mobile device and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID) first. Then I will take a look and report to Studio Team for this problem. I will waiting for your response to answer. Thank you. 😊

Lvl 1678 not working😔. the last diamond remains stuck at the bottom of the playing field or is not bounced all the way up. please correct me
Oh Dear! Community Team decided they cannot fixed this level easier as this level is normal difficulty but another three levels (Level 3308, 3313 and 3316) has been fixed little easier now! Very sorry but cannot help you again. 😔
So you used 4 helpful birds and colour blast start-up boosters if you had then you can passed this level easier possible only. Or you should trying many times until you did passed this level. Or you can earned more free boosters to use them to pass this level by in-game features (also contests).
you can only get threw 3312 if you have boosters which I don’t have so I guess it will be one I’ll never get threw 😕

Unfortunately Community Team cannot been fixed this level (Level 3312) easier as it's no problem to be passed possible and this level is normal difficulty. But another three levels (Level 3308, 3313 and 3316) has been fixed little easier now! 👌😊
So you used 4 helpful birds and colour blast start-up boosters if you still had these start-up boosters on Level 3312 then you can passed this level easier possible as well. 😉
While 15 new levels (From Level 3321 to 3335) released on this game early today now! 😊

Yeah! I think their team is still very busy while they have still no time to be fixed these four levels easier yet. Let me asking their team again.

Level 3312 is still not fixed, It’s impossible with only 15 moves 😕
