Why can’t accept lives from other players? The accept all button is blanked out? But I can send people lives.

I think these players are inactive as they haven't playing this game so much and / or miss out to check lives' indox to send and receive the lives.

Me too as I find some players are also inactive and / or miss out to check lives' indox to send and receive the lives. Those players are really not my friends too. These players will be released by the system in this game. 😅

If you are playing in this game with connecting to your Facebook account, you can try searching Diamond Diaries Saga's Game Group and adding more friends on Facebook app that you will seeing more friends added and you can sending / receiving more lives by your friends in this game. 💕😊

If you are playing this game with connecting to your Kingdom account, your players (also friends) will be added automatically by the system that you will seeing more friends and players added and you can sending / receiving more lives by your friends and players in this game too. 💕😊

Not just send and receive lives with your friends / players, you can also chance to claim more lives or also unlimited lives by Mystery Chest. 💕😉
