why when I’m in a challenge to get x amount of yellow balls does it twice tell me I’ve won then says something went wrong and carries on with the challenge. We are up to 37 gold bars.

    Oh no! We are sorry to hear about you still cannot collecting the charms on the challenge feature in this game! 😢

    Don't worry! You can try following these steps here! ⬇️😊

    Restart : Force close apps and restart your device.

    Updates : Check that you have the latest game and device updates.

    Memory : Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.

    Connection : Use WiFi instead of cellular data.

    Clear Cache :

    🤖 Android : Settings > Apps > Diamond Diaries Saga > Storage > Clear Cache

    🍏 iOS : Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

    As a last resort, you can try reinstalling the app. Note that this will removing all of your inventory boosters and lives from the game, so please do not doing this unless absolutely necessary.

    I am collecting the charms. And keep getting told opponent has failed to collect theirs and that I’ve won the challenge, I then get a message to say something went wrong. This is twice in the same challeng it’s happened. It obviously a blip in the game.
