Diamond Diaries app not working

Question

The app was recently updated and now when I go to play it loads up but it then doesn't work. What can I do?

Just a quick update : Level 5254 and another new impossible levels have been flagged and passed on to the team already. Unfortunately, we don’t have a timeline for when they’ll be fixed but the team will reviewing them as soon as they can. 😊

Thanks for responding. I've cleared the cache, I use WiFi all the time, I've got enough storage and everything has been updated. The game does load up and I can click (with my finger) on everything but when I get to the actual level (5254) it won't move when I try to play with my finger.

When we did updating the latest version of this game, this game can be still opened and worked for us mostly right now. 👌😊

Don't worry! To help you fix this game's issue that you can open playing this game possible, you can try following another steps here! ⬇️😊

Restart : Force close apps and restart your device.

Updates : Check that you have the latest game and device updates.

Memory : Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.

Connection : Use WiFi instead of cellular data.

Clear Cache :

🤖 Android : Settings > Apps > Diamond Diaries Saga > Storage > Clear Cache

🍏 iOS : Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

As a last resort, you can try reinstalling the app. Note that this will removing all of your inventory boosters and lives from the game, so please do not doing this unless absolutely necessary.
