Is there a bug on Level 5525. Eerytime I click play on that Level, my app closes. I have turnoff my phone and restarted, even cleared the cache, but it is still happening. HELP

1. After you clear all of the data and also cache of this game, Reopen playing this game, Click on Save your Progress then Click on Continue with Facebook Account (Connect to your Facebook Account) / Sign Up With Email (Create and Connect to your Kingdom Account).
After you connect to your Facebook / Kingdom Account successfully, then you try following these another steps of how to contact Player Support from this game here! ⬇️😊
2. After you connect to your Facebook / Kingdom Account successfully, Click on Play button.
3. Click on three horizontal lines' button.

2. If the next new level (s) still cannot be fixed and resolved yet, Click back to Main Screen of this game again, Click on your Profile again, Click on Log Out then Relogin back to your Facebook / Kingdom Account again.
3. After you log out and relogin back to your account successfully again, then please Force Stop of this game on App Settings first.
4. After you force stop this game, then make sure Use the stable internet connection first then Reopen playing this game again and Can click on Play Button now.

Hi, I've done exactly what you have mentioned since last night and the app still closes when I try to play that level. I do have the current update for this game and I always use wifi to play this game. At the moment I am not prepare to reinstall thia game as I will be losing my credits on it.
Can someone please look into that.

Don't worry! To help you fix this level problem, you can try following these steps here! ⬇️😊
Restart : Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates : Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory : Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection : Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache :
🤖 Android : Settings > Apps > Diamond Diaries Saga > Storage > Clear Cache
🍏 iOS : Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
As a last resort, you can try reinstalling the app. Note that this will removing all of your inventory boosters and lives from the game, so please do not doing this unless absolutely necessary.
