Saving my progress when i can no longer load the game app

The game app no longer loads on my device and I am unsure how to save my progress before i delete the app and re install. I have tried all the things suggested.

Before you uninstall and reinstall this game's app, you make sure save your game progress in this game (any King's games) with connecting your Facebook / King Account first. 😉

Don't losing your game progress - save your game (s)!

To keep your game progress safe, you need to back it up. You can doing this by creating your King account / connecting to your King Account or connecting to your Facebook Account. This way, your game progress will be not lost if something happens to your device and you can playing across multiple devices without starting over.

Your game progress has been saved into the memory of your device, which can be lost if it's not backed up. This is why we recommend you save your game progress in this game (any King's games) with connecting your King / Facebook Account.

How to create your King account? 🤔

* Open your game and Tap on the button that it reads Save your progress / Retrieve your progress. 
* Choose the "Sign up with email" option.
* Then (and DON'T skipping this part!) Enter your email address, Choose your password and that's it – you have your King account now.

How to connect to your Facebook Account? 🤔

* Open your game and Tap on the button that it reads Save your progress / Retrieve your progress. 
* Make sure that you have your Facebook account must be active on your device and that you're linking to the right profile (worth bearing in mind if you share your device with another Facebook user).
