Finally this level is fixed today while I have playing again this level has no problem with my old device! 😊
You make sure click on "Force Stop" (from Settings) of this game then you open this game again and wait least at 30 seconds that I hope this level is fixed completed. 😊

Yes! This level is fixed as the purple blockers have decreased layers but it's not worked as the diamond has stucked again on 1st stage. (I have tested it with my old device too)
