It doesn't freeze, you just get the pop up saying you received extra moves or hammers, and you can click on it, but nothing happens when you do and you can't exit the window so you have to close the game.
I'm on android and user ID is 1122695444.

The picture is of what happens when I don’t win a level and my “partner” gives me more moves. You can see in the background that it says I am done with the level (didn’t pass the level), and the accept moves is in front of that. I cannot accept the moves, and have to force close the app to get out of this.

I check playing this level has still no problem with my two mobile devices as I have completed this level while not freezing/crashing. 😊

If you have updated the latest version of this game but it's still not worked, How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps here (Android) (I hope haven't this happens too! 😊)
⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.
If it's still not worked after following these steps of Crashing/Freezing Issue, please send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I will here to help you again. And thank you for your answering your device and showing this screenshot of problem. I will waiting for your response to answer. 😊
