Diamond Diaries will not load for me on my PC. I would like to know what steps I can make to get it to load

If you still have issues with getting Diamond Diaries Saga to load fully on your desktop, please post your Game ID here on the page so they can investigate the issue further.

Or you can also download this game (Diamond Diaries Saga) if you have playing mobile device. Then you can continue saving your progress (save your current level) with Facebook/King Account. Gold Bars, some events and collect the diamond mission can still transferred but boosters and some events cannot transferred with any devices.
I have playing this game has nothing major issues like Crashing, Level Bugs and another issues with mobile device but give up to play with PC too. 😉

Same here..it's very frustrating, and the people at King dont seem to care.
I removed it and no longer play, it got too frustrating waiting for it to load. 🤔
Same thing has been happening to me for about 2 weeks. Also, Blossom Blast stops loading at 93%
The game no longer will load on Fb, it gets to the setting routes finding gems and seems to get stuck and not load out to play.

Don't worry! How about you can follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope you can playing this game. 😊
⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered and your current level is saved but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with Facebook or King.Com.
If it's still not worked again, please let me know! 😉

lf you can figure it out, please let us all know. People has been asking this question for a month. The website keeps repeating the same suggestions (which don't work) and do nothing to fix the problem. l'm beyond frustrated.

This level is fixed while easier as I have reported it already on last week then two moves added on this level. ✌️😊

So you make sure link charms against the flowers then you can link more charms possible while the helpful birds also collect the keys sometimes. 😉
You don't forget to update the latest version of this game (Android - 1.42.0) / (Apple - 1.42.0.0) that this level is fixed and updated while the latest new levels always released now. 😉
Anyway, I see one player has asked this level has problem as not enough moves but luckily passed this level before fixing. I will like asking Community Team as it's also impossible then this level has added two moves. So there is no players asked this level problem on this weekend. 😊

But you can also download this game (Diamond Diaries Saga) with mobile device if you have mobile device then you click on save your progress (click on Blue button) on main screen of this game then connect with your Facebook Account), so you can continue playing on your current level but boosters cannot be transferred. 😊

I have the same problem. Playing on facebook with Windows 10 and Chrome.
For at least one week the game won't load.
History and cache cleared, game removed and started again from app page. My browser had 528 points.
But the only thing i see is Coloring Charms, searching for diamonds etc.
Let me asking Community Team to check this problem but I am not sure they fixed this problem on PC or not. 🤔
