Hi and sorry to hear the loading issue is back!
We've checked with the studio and I'm afraid they are not able to reproduce this issue so there might be an issue with the browser that you're currently using?!
You mentioned that you have uninstalled the game, but have you tried different browsers to see if the same issue persists? Also, if you could share a screenshot of the entire screen when you have an issue, that would be great so we can pass it on to support and see if they might have any other suggestions.

Use Chrome..Tried Microsoft Edge..Same thing...I'm not alone with the game not opening..Seems problem has to be on ur end...I use desktop PC...Do not use cell..😫
Thanks for confirming that you have tried different browsers and we have passed on the feedback to the studio but they are not successful yet with reproducing this issue.
In the meantime, our recommendation is to keep clearing the cache of your browser and switch to a mobile device if possible.
NO WILL NOT USE MY CELL. I HAVE A DESKTOP PC AND THAT IS WHAT I USE. I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE HAVING THIS PROBLEM WITH GAME LOADING/PLAYING...😫
We get that this is frustrating and playing on mobile is just a temporary solution but please, we don't like using caps lock as it comes across as yelling 😬
The studio is still investigating the loading issues as I said, they are still not able to reproduce this so it needs further investigation. I have tried myself so I can help with providing a video for the studio but I do not have the same experience as you have.
Please keep trying and once we know more, we'll let you know 😉
