Still not fixed. I’ve lost the challenge bc others must have been fixed. But mine still isn’t. Off to another game app…so frustrating

Finally worked! Took a lot of logging out and back, restarting etc.
Finally it worked! Logged out, restarted my iPhone and logged back in!
Hi I am on level 3549 and I am having a problem on this level 3rd diamond not coming down is there anyone can help me?

since it seems to be fixed for some of is, I’m wondering if it makes a difference in how you log in - Facebook, email, Apple, etc.
I log in with Facebook and it’s still not fixed for me.
And to make it worse, I sometimes get taken back to level 3470 even though it shows I completed that level and the city challenge. I’ve been in touch with Support, but it still happens.
I’ve logged out, deleted app, shut down etc so many times already….very frustrating! 🙁
You go to your app ( diamond Diaries ) and open it
Klick on profile and then you can log out but only if you remember your password to log in again
After you have log out swipe the app away and then go back and open the app again go to profile and log on again and then you can play
It does work
Go in to your profile (from the bottom left three lines) and then press log out
How do you logout in the IPhone version of the app please?

Just logged out again (4th time today) logged back in, played, and it still is not fixed for me. Very frustrating.

How do you stop the last diamond disappearing from the screen when the first 2 successfully hit the chain
