I have completed level 185 multiple times but it will not let me move on and the 'help' I was given was to watch a YouTube video on the levels. I really like the game and hope this gets sorted out

Hi Leigh, it could be that your game simply needs updating. Try going to this link and seeing if there is a more current version you can download : Google play, Diamond Diaries Saga

In the meantime, can you try closing the game and re-launching it to see if that moves you on. Also, if you are connected to FB or The Kingdom, can you log out of either one and log back in?
