Why did birds not helping me?

Question

On the last move, I was very shocked. When I matched into the bird, it did not land on a doll, it land on a yellow hexagon! It did not land on a bird because it was random, not helping me out.

Dear Evan,Actually I also link the helpful bird and it breaks the blockers first so many times.So you must break all of the blockers and flowers first,then you can link the helpful bird and it helps you to break the doll OR box.I wish you can do it! :)
