Can't move and past to new levels

I am having the same problem as the people above. I reached 4465 but was sent crashing back to 4445 and not given the chance to advance back to this week’s level. I have done everything you suggested many many times but none has helped. Hope you can help, Lim!

I continue to have the same problem. Following all your suggestions Lim, and logging in and out a ton of times got me back to level 4465, but clicking on the level booted me right back to level 4445 again. I submitted a support ticket and King player support is working on it. I suggest that everyone submit a ticket, so they know the problem is on their end.

Okay! I know you are still feeling frustrated due to you cannot still moving and playing to your current latest levels while you are still stuck on Level 4445 after you did updated the latest version and also followed all of these solve steps on this game. 🙁
I did asking and reporting this problem to Community Team now, then let their team checking then how they can answer us for this problem soon.

Thank you Snow Rider and Lim. I have been in contact with several player support people on this issue, and I believe they are escalating the issue as well, since none have been able to help me get unstuck from level 4445 and back to 4465. I did agree to a reset that put me at 2 stars on each previous level, but it also didn’t work to get me past 4445. I’m hoping there is a solution soon!

yes, it’s still happening with me. Sometimes after going through the suggested process it takes me back to 4465 but as soon as I start the level it crashes and I go back 4445.
