So please don't forget to update the latest version (Android - 1.85.0.0 / Apple - 1.85.0.0) of this game first then make sure use the stable internet connection and reopen playing this game again then we hope you will seeing this level has been fixed and becomes easier now! 👍😄
I check playing this level again then I see some of purple blockers have been changed to honeycomb blockers and also some two layers of the flower blockers have been decreased to one layer on the first stage only but the moves are still unchanged. I did passing this level easily with my 1st try while without using boosters and extra moves possible now! 👇😄

Agree with a lot of others that 5002 is impossible to pass. Too many purple blockers and flowers and no in-game boosters (eg birds, colour blasts, etc) to help.
I don’t have enough diamonds to get extra moves (I used them all to get past 4998!) and no way of easily earning more in this level.
I know you’ve already reported it so hope it’s tweaked next week so we can enjoy the new levels over the holidays.

All very similar,not once been able to get bottom keys out, actually not even touched them, not good ! 😊 😊
Just unbelievable that the game designers can’t check the levels before posting new cities. 5002 IMPOSSIBLE TO PASS. Way too many blockers and not near enough moves available. Barely enough to get to the way point of level. This is getting ridiculous.
How lovely to get through to 5000 and also see the side game, it's been a long time. The games up to 5000 were good to pass without stress. It was a pleasure, thanks.
BUT then I get to ,wait for it, another really bad level, so sad. What a shame!!
