I am on level 4383 and I am not getting credit for goals so I can get gold bars. It stopped accumulating suddenly. Anyone else having this issue

We understand how frustrating this situation has been, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment it has caused. 💔
The Studio has carefully reviewed the issue with diamonds not being credited and, after further investigation, has decided to temporarily disable the feature. Fixing this bug properly will require more time and a deeper investigation to ensure it’s properly resolved.
We know this isn’t the outcome anyone was hoping for, and we sincerely apologize that we weren’t able to fix it more quickly. We'll keep you updated as soon as we have more news to share. 💎

Just a quick update : The diamond's goals are missing problem has been reported flagged and passed on to the team already. Unfortunately, we don’t have a timeline for when they’ll be fixed but the team will reviewing this problem as soon as they can. 😊

How long has anyone not had diamonds for ? Think 2 weeks for me if not longer

Porque os desenvolvedores não conseguem consertar as alterações executados no jogo, ficamos sem o colar de coleta dos diamantes, como consequências não conseguimos também devolver o desafio do adversário, pois não é computado os diamantes coletados, LAMENTÁVEL este descaso dos programadores. Obs. Não tem previsão para esta correção. 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

My diamond goals are also missing. I downloaded an update this morning but it hasn't fixed the problem. Is it still an ongoing problem? Thanks
Has any progress been made on bringing back our diamond collections? It's been several days now and is making the game boring and unrewarding. Surely a company as big as this should be able to rectify this problem quicker
so sad to to see it go ! No way now to collect gold bars unless you buy them ! Think I’ll look for new game. !
Why collecting diamond is gone? Collecting for 200 diamond 400 diamond and 600 diamond. I just little bit to pass collecting 600 diamond. But suddenly is gone.. So sad!

DL, you need to be honest with players, you are not answering my question about whether the diamond accumulator will come back, you either know or don't know.

diamonds still missing on level5434, support say some extras disappear and new ones come but there’s nothing new to collect gold bars , finding it bit boring now. 😡
Het is niet meer leuk om Diamond Diaries Saga te spelen omdat er geen diamanten meer komen om hamers te kopen. Ben 10 spellen verder en nog steeds geen diamanten. Zit op level 5419 :-(😥
