Ongoing Issue – Missing Jewel Boxes in New Levels (5436 and onward)

Dear Diamond Diaries Saga team,

I’ve been playing through Boarding: Bangkok in hopes of unlocking new levels in Boarding: San Juan, expecting the jewel boxes to return starting from Level 5436. However, I’m still facing the same issue — there are no jewel boxes in the new levels either.

Please address this problem as soon as possible. I’m playing with hope and patience, looking forward to progressing further with the diamond collection feature fully restored.

Just a quick update : The diamond's goals are missing problem has been reported flagged and passed on to the team already. Unfortunately, we don’t have a timeline for when they’ll be fixed but the team will reviewing this problem as soon as they can. 😊

I’ve got the same problem, no necklace and diamonds collected not being added to any of the challenges. It’s been weeks now, and I am seriously frustrated. Is there any point in waiting for the fix? Surely King has more than one person to allocate this to 😂

It seems to be quite a time now where we collect diamonds. I'm on level now on level 5396. How long is this going to take?

We check playing the latest new levels (From Level 5436 to 5450) again, all of the latest new levels are still not problem for us mostly but some new levels have been reported to Diamond Diaries Saga Studio Team already as some new levels are impossible to be passed due to not enough moves and too many blockers there! 👌😅
