After a game update today, there is now a gift box with a timer underneath the Traders Chest. Does anyone know what that is?

It's been at least 3 month's and I still have the box thati can't open and still don't see diamonds. ?????

Does anyone know what the pink and white bouncing present is ? It shows 21 hours remaing but ????? And a 0 in the present, and I can't find any information about it. But it's frustrating with it just sitting there just just bouncing away
